Position Title: Deal Poster / AP Clerk

Location: Kingston, Ontario

Duration: Full time

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

v 1-3 years in a corporate office setting

v Proven accounting experience; preferably in accounts payables

v Familiar with basic accounting practices and general book keeping procedures

v Experienced with MS Office and Google Drive specifically Excel and Google Sheets

v Dealership is preferred but not required

v Post used and wholesale deals into the general ledger

v Ensure all required documents are included in each deal and processed properly

v Maintain deal and audit folders

v Process manual cheques such as; lien payouts, purchases, reimbursements, etc.

v Prepare stock number and cheque for all used vehicle purchases

v Code and enter accounts payable with a monthly cheque run

v Reconcile accounts payable and corporate visa statements

v Prepare adjusting journal entries as directed by the office manager

v Other general office duties such as supply ordering and filing

v Ensure compliance with all government, OMVIC, and manufacturer regulations

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
