**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Director of Operations and the Recruitment Manager, the **Recruitment and Admissions Officer **is responsible for the recruitment and admission of students from international markets to FEIA. The Marketing/Recruitment and Admissions Officer plans, maintains, and executes marketing and student recruitment initiatives by developing and fostering relationships with internal and external partners, in addition to managing the admission process from enquiries through to enrolment, under direction of the Recruiting Manager.

The Recruitment and Admissions Officer provides exceptional client-centred customer service on a consistent basis to all stakeholder groups, critical to reputation for providing excellent student support and high-quality academic offerings.

Able to work independently, the Recruitment and Admissions Officer plans and executes in-person and virtual recruitment events attended by agents, parents and other key stakeholders. This role works with internal and external groups to ensure events follow campus-wide policies and procedures and to meet the goals for diversity and enrollment targets.

In this role, you will:

- Represent FEIA to promote our academic programs to recruitment partners, international educators, and prospective students.
- Increase international student enrolment at FEIA by recruiting international students from diverse regions. Meet and exceed target enrolment initiatives.
- Deliver presentations in domestic and international markets to further promote FEIA to agent groups, recruitment, and parent groups.
- Monitor communications and activities online and social media platforms. Work with the marketing team to deliver key messages and encouraging engagement from potential and current students.
- Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach.
- Proactively undergo recruitment partner outreach.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and/or post-secondary institutions
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently within a team-based environment
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure you provide the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships
- Experience working with educational consultants and/or postsecondary institutions directly; considered a bonus
- Experience working with social media platforms/websites; considered an asset
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the use of MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom/videoconferencing.
- Fluent in English
- Driver’s licence is considered an asset given the nature of travel in this position.
