**Job Title**

Manager, T&O Finance, Large Programs, Integration & Transformation

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Assist in the onboarding of large programs and the further development of a T&O Finance large program framework.
- Financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for a portfolio of programs throughout their life cycle.
- Identify, monitor, report and analyze key metrics and trends to provide program specific financial insight and impact to T&O Finance and Program stakeholders.
- Partner with Enterprise Decision Support, Program Management Office, T&O Finance, Corporate Support Financial Controls, Platform Finance, and T&O Businesses to provide comprehensive, in-depth, and timely analytical support for Project Approval Requests relevant to T&O.
- Collaborate across the organization to establish and implement program best practices.
- Ad hoc activities associated with monthly T&O large program reporting, including capitalization analysis.
- Develop procedural documents and manage transitions of manual tasks to automated solutions.
- Manage ongoing deliverables for key transformational initiatives within the T&O team.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**:

- 3-5 years project management and reporting experience
- Accounting Degree or Professional Designation (CPA / MBA)
- Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and proven analytical skills
- High degree of initiative and strive to improve processes with a solution-based attitude
- Ability to explore and recognize viable options based on analysis of data
- Comfortable in the use of various models and approaches in completing analysis of financial data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines and occasional long hours as required
- Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking skills

**Nice-to-have**:

- Working knowledge of RBC finance tools and processes
- Working knowledge of RBC organization and businesses including T&O
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint
