You will be responsible for developing relationships with potential customers, coordinating sales leads, and driving business growth. Your main goal is to provide exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to our clients through digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Qualify and nurture leads through effective follow-up, building rapport, and understanding customer's needs**
- ** Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update lead information, and maintain accurate records**
- ** Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination on appointments to optimize productivity and sales opportunities**
- ** Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base**
- ** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information and offer suitable solutions**
- ** Embody and promote the values of Capital Automotive Group as a role model**
- ** Set and manage personal goals based on specific targets to drive individual performance**

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience in customer service or guest relations role**
- ** Strong digital communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients through written channels**
- ** Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail**
- ** Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations**
- ** Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends**
