This is done through on-site review of compliance to best practice, troubleshooting and quality assurance of our products and services. This is further supported through the provision of customer training and regular quality assurance audits.**What you will bring**
- Diploma or degree in Mining Engineering or Mining Technologist certificate
- Drill and Blast experience in an underground mining environment is an assest
- Blast design experience is a strong asset
- Willingness to provide hands-on, on-site customer support is required.
- The ability to work in English is a must, and the ability to work French is an asset
- Well-developed troubleshooting/problem-solving and investigation capabilities
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Solid computer ability is required with experience using Microsoft Office, and familiartity with CAD based software would be considered a strong asset.

**Role dimensions**
- Travel - This position will primarily provide as-needed technical services support in the Sudbury area, but occasional support (10%) for other Orica mining customers would be expected.
