**Job Description** About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Oversee all commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any issues or obstacles and implementing corrective actions as needed.

**Leadership & Team Management**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to support business growth and expansion opportunities.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve operations and services.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven years of experience in commercial roofing operations, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to roofing operations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, Roofing Industry Certification, etc.) are a plus.
