Provides customer care support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, entering and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Ensure all orders are completed and shipped in a timely manner.

Core Functions:
1. Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing organization's internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.

2. Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to appropriate personnel.

3. Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.

4. Ensures all urn orders are completed to a high level of quality, and in a timely manner to ensure time sensitive nature of these orders is respected.

5. Ensure all materials required to complete duties are ordered and stocked at sufficient levels to ensure work flow is not impacted.

6. Works with colleagues in the broader Customer Service Department and the Warehouse to ensure special requirements or unusual timelines are met.

7. Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $37,000.00-$39,500.00 per year
