**Role Overview**

Corporate Finance Institute® is looking for a Learning Design Specialist/Instructional Designer to join our fast-growing team. We’re looking for a passionate and open-minded individual, who will listen and implement different perspectives, is reliable to complete assigned responsibilities before pre-specified deadlines, creative in forming new ideas and opinions, humble in learning and admitting mistakes, and effective in completing work in an ever-changing environment.

**What To Expect**:

- Identify the most appropriate instructional strategies and modalities to translate content into engaging and effective online learning.
- Collaborate with the SMEs and provide feedback on course storyboard, scripts, case studies, interactions, and exams.
- Use e-Learning authoring tools to create interactive content.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing courses; combine surveys and assessment results to implement course improvements.
- Work with business clients on e-Learning delivery, quality assurance, and reporting.

**Who You Are**:

- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Proficient with e-Learning authoring tools (Articulate) and other technologies related to e-Learning development.
- Successful experience working with LMS and CMS programs.
- Knowledge in finance, data analysis, and related fields is an asset.
- Diligent in following content creation processes, very organized
