Job Title: Patient Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to patients
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Greet patients and check them in upon arrival
- Collect and update patient information in the system
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to patients

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Part-time hours: 17 per week

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
