Aevitas IT is looking for a Manager, OneStream/Hyperion Applications to join the Technology team. This role will lead, direct and work with others to ensure the creation of compelling, effective, and technically sound Planning and Consolidation solutions.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Take responsibility and ownership for problem and issue resolution, process improvement, and determining fixing the root cause of problems.
- Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms
- Solve complex challenges and Administer OneStream XF environment.
- Create Workflow's, Simplify & Secure.
- Architect & maintain end-user security and support IT /SOX audits.
- Implement XF Marketplace and custom solutions when necessary.
- Provide support and training as necessary to end-users
- Present system improvement opportunities in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Perform data management and preserve historical data integrity

**Qualifications & skills**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of Hands-on experience in leading Financial planning and consolidation platforms such as Hyperion/Oracle EPM
- 2+ years of Hands-on OneStream XF Development and Administration experience preferred
- Experience with ERP’s (i.e. SAP) nice to have
- Strong technical/functional background.
- Ability to support end-user processes (e.g. Close, Budget, Forecast)
- Experience delivering OneStream or Hyperion-based solutions for consolidation, forecasting, and management reporting
- Experience with SQL,.NET, programming
- Experience in data analysis using SQL and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business analysis skills
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Leadership skills and a motivated-self starter
