Co-op Taxi Edmonton is looking to hire a full-time Driver Supervisor.

**Duties**:

- Daily supervision and management of drivers throughout the day.
- Handle incoming calls and complaints in a timely manner.
- Communicating with drivers and operational staff as needed.
- Represent company and department professionally and effectively. Maintaining positive relations with drivers, stores, and partners.
- Utilize department tools to perform daily duties.
- Address concerns as they arise and report major issues to upper Management.
- Able to complete road tests for new hires and interviews as needed.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of key department systems and reporting.
- Responsible for influencing positive morale and quality service.
- Complete vehicle inspections on and off site.
- Complete incident/accident reports
- Any other duties as required by Management

Skills & Qualifications:

- The applicant must have a valid class 4 license and clean drivers abstract.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Have strong communication skills in writing and verbal.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft outlook, excel and ability to easily. understand fleet software needed.
- Knowledge in Edmonton road rules & regulations.
- Self-motivated.
- Team oriented.

While performing the duties of this job the associate may be exposed to outside weather conditions.

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 4 Drivers Licence (preferred)
