**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about services offered.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and booking appointments as needed.
- Assist clients with product demos and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting at all times.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash register duties.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
- Collaborate with stylists and other staff members to ensure smooth salon operations.
- Stay updated on new products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is advantageous for product recommendations.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively to clients, fostering an engaging shopping experience.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$21.78 per hour
