**What Does an Operations Administrator Do?**:
The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing support to Operations to ensure tasks on hand are completed efficiently, timely, and accurately to meet company goals and objectives.

**As an Operations Administrator, You Will**:

- Provide daily administrative support such as letter writing, note taking, photocopying etcto various managers
- Draft payments, complete invoicing, and daily payroll entry
- Adhere to Miller Policies and Procedures
- Complete purchase orders
- Call and book reservations at hotels for crew members
- Assist with all employee engagement programs
- Other duties as assigned

**What You'll Bring**:

- Post-secondary education in Office/Business Administration
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate with various audiences
- Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
