Structural Draftsperson

**Position Overview**

**Reporting Structure**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the development and preparation of contract documents.
- Coordinate project requirements with all team members across disciplines.
- Understand and implement structural design concepts.
- Adhere to REVIT/CAD standards, QA, and QC procedures during drawing planning and production.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Meet project timelines.
- Assist with construction administration, including the coordination, review, and issuance of Change Orders, Clarifications, and RFI responses.
- Conduct site takeoffs to catalog existing conditions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in preparing, drafting, and designing engineering drawings using appropriate standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of construction protocols and processes with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology or an equivalent program.
- C.E.T. Designation is an asset.
