We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Construction Site by providing administration duties. This position will be held on our Construction Site in Orleans, Ontario.

**What You Will Do**:

- Maintain company safety guidelines and practices
- Track, process and cost coding timecards and summaries
- Track, process and cost coding of all invoices, bills and shipping manifests; Including BOL’S
- Track, process and cost code site issued purchase orders
- Assist in distribution and collection of documentation relating to employee(s)
- Maintain office supplies and send requisitions to the Purchasing Department for order sequence
- Maintain filing of all processed invoices, bills, shipping manifests; Including BOL’S, timecards and any other documentation as required for payment and processing
- Maintain general cleanliness of office space
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

**You Will Bring**:

- Completed high school or equivalent, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year minimum in administration
- Construction site administration is preferred, but not required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn and be versatile
- Ability to take direction and adhere to safe work procedures
