Availability: Evenings and Weekends
Hours: Part-time 8-20 per week
Compensation: Base 15.50 + tips

We work in a full team environment in every aspect, each member taking accountability for their role ensuring the customers get their best experience.

General tasks include:

- Greeting and interaction with players
- Obtaining code names and assigning pack numbers
- Delivering pre-game briefings (memorized script)
- Supervising players during the game
- Arrangement and cleaning of equipment
- Announcement and dissemination of score cards at the end of games
- When Applicable: hosting Birthday parties and other group events
- Attention to detail, time management

This role requires:

- Combination of standing, walking, listening for Marshall calls
- Interactions with customers
- Ability to make people feel special
- Wearing a uniform
- Time management

- Adaptability & creativity
- Speaking in front of small groups (safety briefing)
- Games are played in a black light environment
- Presentability, manners, respect, and courtesy for all customers
- Cleaning
- Previous customer service experience in:
Food service preparation
Server / waitstaff
Care of youth (ages 6-25)
Recreational / entertainment industries
or other fast paced team-based work environment
- Active or past member of sports or other recreational teams (school or community)
- Experience in spending time with youth of varying ages
- Cadets
- Computer literacy
- Bilingual

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-12 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekend availability
