**MANAGER IN TRAINING**

Bootlegger, Ricki’s and cleo are seeking an experienced retail supervisor to join our team in Saskatoon as a Manager in Training. A Manager in Training supports Store Managers in all aspects of our retail store operations; from hiring & training knowledgeable associates to executing on strategic merchandising initiatives, you’ll set the standard of success within our stores. We are passionate about creating a unique, customer-focused environment and are looking for customer centric leaders to grow with us.

This role is based out of our Saskatoon, The Centre Mall, Ricki’s/Bootlegger location.

**HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Achieving store sales budgets through execution of company standards, policies and procedures while exceeding customers' expectations through service and connections at every opportunity.
- Providing ongoing selling skills coaching and development based on each team member's individual strengths and weaknesses to achieve their personal sales goals.
- Establishing appropriate action plans to improve each individual's performance and productivity.
- Ensuring that customer loyalty is built and maintained by providing the ultimate shopping experience and by resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and positive manner.
- Demonstrating the ability to lead by example in sales and customer service.
- With a heavy emphasis on store presentation, you will support flawless execution. Maintaining brand integrity through visual merchandising.
- Meeting overall Retail Initiatives; drive sales and traffic targets, execute strategic merchandising initiatives and set standards of success within our retail store.
- Fostering the development of self and others by providing an environment for enhanced performance and professional growth.
- Leading and developing a team to achieve organizational objectives and results.
- Fosters the culture of teamwork through ownership and accountability.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 2+ years of retail experience as a retail supervisor or manager
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be an effective problem solver and lead change
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to reach its sales goals
- Solid understanding of retail concepts
- Extremely personable with exceptional customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound judgment and strong decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of effective merchandise presentation
- Flexible in adapting to changing business needs and sales strategies
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills - collaborative, a team player
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results oriented
- Proven ability to interact with individuals from all levels within the organization
