Lyft is seeking a Logistics Analyst who will support Production Planning and manage domestic Canadian shipment coordination for our micro mobility bike and station commodities.

Rigorous inventory management is a goal and you will perform all inventory checks, systematic receipts, sales orders and fulfillment activities in ERP (Genius).

Document preparation and coordination of all domestic parcel and truck load (FTL and LTL) shipments is a main responsibility from our different 3rd party Logistics Distribution centers in Montreal to our clients and manufacturers around Canada. Maintaining timely, accurate and cost efficient shipments is key.

This role will involve deep cross functional collaboration and coordination with our Sales, Planning, Fulfillment and Logistics teams to ensure priorities are aligned and deliverables are met.

This role is based in Longueuil, Québec. The role is primarily based onsite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory management of assets and spares via systematic entry of sales orders, assembly builds and purchase orders in ERP system (Genius, Oracle).
- Management of domestic shipments (Truckloads, Flatbeds, Parcel) for all our assets and spares commodities (bikes, stations, batteries, etc).
- Preparation of shipping documentations (ie - packing slips, commercial invoices).
- Communication with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Manufacturing, Planning and Fulfillment teams.
- Communication with external parties such as Customers, Suppliers, Transport companies, and Warehouses to coordinate and deliver shipments.
- Coordination of courier shipments, domestic and international.
- Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating problem solving and gap closing scenarios.
- Assist with other special projects as needed.

**Experience**:

- College diploma / University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Planning preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in roles with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Planning, Logistics, Distribution and/or Fulfillment.
- Knowledge of Material flows in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of international and domestic shipments by ocean, air or road.
- Customs experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods / Hazmat is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (Genius, Oracle) a plus.
- Great organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with a team player and get-it-done attitude.
- Knowledge of French and English.
