**Position Overview**:
As an Exterior Renovator, you will play a crucial role in our mission to beautify homes and create lasting impressions for our valued customers. Working alongside our skilled team of professionals, you will engage in various exterior improvement projects, including but not limited to siding and exterior clad covering installations, exterior door and window replacements, aluminum work, as well as some deck, fence and small building construction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute a wide range of exterior improvement tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with a team of individuals to achieve project goals within set timelines.
- Demonstrate mastery in the use of tools and equipment to ensure safe and accurate installations.
- Uphold Aurora Exteriors Inc's commitment to superior customer service, addressing any client inquiries and concerns with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Build frames to erect walls and roof systems

**Requirements**:

- Completion of secondary school education in Carpentry or related field an asset.
- Previous experience in exterior improvement or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working at typical residential heights.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, always punctual and dedicated to meeting project deadlines.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials, as the role involves manual labor.

**Salary**: $19.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
