General Handyman

We are seeking a reliable individual to fulfill the roll of handyman to help contribute to our continued success. The position is based in the Ottawa area. Please contact us if you are reliable, hardworking and are able to fulfill the following duties.

**MAIN DUTIES**

We are seeking the following Experienced Handyman for year-round employment Specializing in:

- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Carpentry
- Tile repair and replacement
- Door and Frame installation
- General building maintenance and repairs
- Must have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid driver license G with a clear driver’s abstract (required).
- Must have their own set of tools. However, job-specific equipment will be provided.
- Own transportation.
- Working at Heights and WHMIS certificates
- Well-organized and has excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and report back to the supervisor
- Must have tools of the trade
- Ability to work with other trades
- Ability to lift 50lb
- Good communication and a high level of customer service
- Must provide a criminal record check upon hiring
- Must be able to work nights and weekends if required
