IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at **Yorkdale Ford** as a **Part - Time** **Lot Attendant/Cleaner**.

We are looking for an individual who is a reliable, honest, hard working, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

**Here's What you'll deliver**:

- Lot maintenance duties
- Washing vehicle
- Pickup and drop offs for our vehicles and cleaning/detail facility
- Dealer trades
- Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles in the showroom and on the lot.
- Park and arrange vehicles from time to time in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space
- Yard and compound maintenance (Only when needed)
- License pick up and drop off (Only when needed)
- Additional duties as assigned by the Manage
- Responsible for performing general cleaning and sanitizing duties inside and outside of the dealership as assigned. Areas inside the building include showroom, offices, washroom, and internal facilities.
- Sanitizing and cleaning vehicles, premises, and office area regularly.
- Making sure all the stakeholders including customers are following the safety protocols.
- Ability to operate various cleaning machines
- Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory, compliance and health & safety requirement.
- Ability to perform all duties as assigned

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a Lot Manager/Detailer/Driver is an asset but not necessary
- The ability to multi-task and work under mínimal supervision
- Proven record of dependability and going above and beyond
- Superior work ethic and professionalism
- Valid G driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a great relationship with co-workers, other departments
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- The ability to lift medium weight
- Good oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Physically fit
