About The Role

The Sample Logistic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing activities for all incoming sample shipments/reception:
- Monitor all incoming sample shipments.- Coordinate sample reception between QC, technician and Watson Designers- Update all informatics systems with pertinent sample reception information

What You'll Do Here:
- Create technician schedule and update based on priorities- Ensure all sample receptions are completed in a timely manner- Participate reviewing forms to ensure Good Documentation Practice- Monitor all incoming sample shipments and create card in Kanbanize or Sharepoint- Complete sample reception documentation- Identify areas for improvements to ensure productivity- Participate in process improvements initiatives.- Update milestones for all receptions in the project management system- Implement new informatic tools to increase operations efficiency- Review and update SOP- Write deviations, investigate root cause, propose and implement solutions- To conduct all work in compliance with SOPs, GLPs, GCPs and observe all company guidelines and policies.- To perform any other tasks as required.- Communicate and provide appropriate documentation to customs and/or Courier when necessary

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Diploma of College Studies in Sciences or B.Sc.- Relevant experience in sample management and in data entry- Knowledge of FDA-GLP, GCP and TPD regulation is an asset.- Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is an asset.- Good organizational skills and interpersonal skills- Attentive to details.- Customer-focused.- Good communication in both French and English- Works well within a team- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.- Knowledge of SharePoint Office 365 would be an asset- Knowledge of Watson LIMS would be an asset- Able to function with mínimal supervision.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to multi-task with attention to details
