Adora Diamonds is a local family owned jewellery retail and service business located in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.

As the public face of the business, Sales Associates provide a fun and exceptional service experience for our customers. Duties include:

- Greeting customers as they arrive
- Listen to customers' needs and provide them with information about available products and services
- Leading customers through the purchasing process by boxing, wrapping, and bagging their purchases
- Receiving customers' jewellery for repairs and communicating the process with them
- Arranging product displays on a regular basis

Required Experience and Skills:

- A desire to serve customers and ensure their needs are being met
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest and excitement about jewellery and complementary giftware
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices (training will be provided)
- Completion of High School, 18 years of age or older
- Computer literate and able to operate common office machines
- As a dealer in precious metals and gemstones, a criminal record check is required for new employees.

Any previous experience with jewellery, precious metals, or gemstones is an asset, but not required as on-the-job training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in this area and would like to expand their knowledge. We are open to sponsoring formal jewellery educational opportunities for our employees.

We are ideally looking for someone for 1-3 days per week (M-F) depending on the availability and needs of the individual. We are open to hiring someone full-time with the right fit.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
