Barista/cashier

Job responsibilities and functions:

- As a I HEART BOBA Baristas include but not limited to the following:

- Working in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the I HEART BOBA brand.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by standards.
- Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed.
- Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage.
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.
- Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area.
- Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
