Roles and Tasks
- Provide technical and administrative support to the team leaders and cleaners.
- Follow and monitor compliance with health and safety rules including the proper use of personal protective equipment and the immediate reporting and investigation of incidents.
- Dealing with difficult situations on the floor such as taking disciplinary measures and reinforcing the discipline policy.
- Support the crew in cleaning according to the cleaning procedure.
- Record malfunctioning and problematic equipment.
- Work with the maintenance crew to track and solve any incident about the parts broken or lost and bring it to the attention of management and maintenance for proper and quick action.
- Provide information to the stock keeper for the logistics and for chemicals, tools, and all materials in terms of needs and usage.
- Prepare and maintain periodic reports and descriptions of work performed in each department to describe, certify, and assume responsibility for work performed.
- Work with the QA department to verify the accuracy of the pre-op and the proper documentation on the record, including the trending for each line at every department.
- Follow up on the policies of the company in alignment with the Mission, Vision, and core values of Clean International.

Experience and requirements:

- Must be capable of labor-intensive work including pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Must be good at following instructions and managing time
- Ability to work in a cold environment, 3-5 degrees Celsius
- Ability to converse in English, French, or Spanish
- Experience working in a cleaning, warehouse
- Perfect attendance
- Management Experience
- Preference will be given to those with their own transport to the plant.

**Salary**: From $20.50 per hour
