Tech Services System Coordinator

**Résumé du poste**:
Le coordinateur de système des services techniques supervise le déploiement, la mise à jour et la migration des systèmes de serveurs personnalisés et coordonne les informations avec les clients, les architectes de systèmes et d'autres contacts internes. Le coordinateur de système est le point de contact technique lors des installations de systèmes de serveurs.
**FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES**:
Les tâches et responsabilités essentielles comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants:
- Créer et mettre à jour les bons de travail, les commandes d'équipement et la construction de matériel.
- Coordonner avec les clients et les techniciens de service l'installation des systèmes de serveurs.
- Établir le calendrier et veiller à ce que les retards de production des systèmes de serveurs soient atténués.
- Communiquer avec les clients pour obtenir et valider les informations techniques.
- S'assurer que les configurations des systèmes de serveurs sont conformes
- Créer et mettre à jour la documentation technique
- Coordonner avec les clients et les fournisseurs l'installation des lignes Internet.
- Participer aux réunions et communiquer toute information pertinente aux clients et aux contacts internes.
- Examiner les bons de travail terminés et chercher des moyens d'améliorer la qualité du travail.
- Mettre à jour les listes d'équipement et de matériel
- Rechercher et aider l'équipe des achats à trouver des produits de remplacement lorsque les produits standard deviennent obsolètes ou non disponibles.
- Gérer les licences de logiciels
- Analyser et optimiser les accords de service et les modèles de licence des fabricants de logiciels.
- Documenter les nouvelles technologies et assurer la formation des techniciens de service
- Assister les techniciens lors des installations et des dépannages
- Autres projets et tâches confiés par le responsable
**COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES**:
- Baccalauréat en sciences de l'information, en informatique ou dans un autre domaine pertinent ou diplôme technique et expérience pertinente.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience du matériel et des logiciels des systèmes de serveurs
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience avec le matériel et les logiciels de réseaux
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience avec la virtualisation de systèmes
- Expérience préalable avec MS Windows Servers (2008R2, 2016, 2019), MS SL Server (2008R2, 2017, 2019), produits HP Proliant, licences MS SPLA, de préférence
- Capacité avérée à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Compétences avérées en matière de gestion de projet
- Doit être capable de communiquer à un haut niveau en français et en anglais
- Capacité à communiquer des informations techniques de manière claire et concise
- Bon sens de l'organisation et souci du détail
- Bonne gestion du temps et capacité avérée à respecter les délais.
- Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Capacité à voyager au Canada et aux États-Unis
**EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES**:
- Dans l'exercice des fonctions de ce poste, l'employé doit régulièrement parler ou entendre. Il doit aussi régulièrement se tenir debout, marcher, s'asseoir et utiliser ses mains pour toucher, manipuler ou sentir des objets, des outils ou des commandes.
- Les capacités visuelles spécifiques requises par ce poste comprennent la vision de près, la vision de loin, la vision périphérique, la perception de la profondeur et la capacité à ajuster la mise au point.
The Technical Services System Coordinator oversees the deployment, update and migration of the custom server systems and coordinates information with customers, system architects and other internal contacts. The System Coordinator is the technical point of contact during server system installations.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Create and update work orders, equipment orders and build of material
- Coordinate with customers and services technicians the install of server systems
- Schedule and ensure the server systems production delays are mitigated
- Communicate with customers to obtain and validate technical information
- Ensure server systems configurations are compliant
- Create and update technical documentation
- Coordinate with customers and providers internet lines installs
- Attend meetings and communicate any relevant information to customers and internal contacts
- Review completed work orders and look for ways to improve the quality of work
- Update equipment and build of material lists
- Research and assist the purchase team on replacement products when standard products become obsolete or non-available
- Manage software licensing
- Analyze and optimize software manufacturers service agreements and licensing models
- Document new technologies
