We are looking for **Concierge / Security Guards** to work at any of our local sites all over GTA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas
- Keep track of frequent clients and create a tailored experience based on their personal needs
- Answer telephones
- Ensure packages are dropped off to the right person or spot
- Preparing security reports for management
- Monitoring security footage
- Responding to fires, floods, leaks, power outages, elevator entrapments, and other emergencies
- Patrolling the premises, responding to weaknesses in security, and preventing or reporting property damage
- Actively ensure the security of the building and premises through visual inspection
- Verify and log visitors to the building, and issue parking permits when necessary
- Book and coordinate elevator bookings for residents and delivery staff if needed

**Required**
- Valid Security License
- 2 Years + in a Customer Service Role
- G or G2 License

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
