- Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to musical instruments or gear that was purchased from Long & McQuade
- Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to musical instruments or gear from our store demo stock and rental inventory
- Use our common sense approach with customers to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Answer telephone calls and follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed computer records of all active repairs
- Follow up on parts orders with suppliers
- Assist co-workers in tracking repair related shipments to and from the store
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace

**Job Requirements**
- Must have previous experience and training in the repair of musical instruments or gear
- Proven strong work ethic and commitment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Positive attitude and steady composure
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
