Our Applied Product Solutions business unit helps industry thrive by understanding our customers’ objectives, determining where support is needed, and aligning our deliverables to solve their challenges in safety and operations. This is achieved through energetic and production optimization, asset optimization, maintenance programs, and aftermarket repairs to ensure long-term customer value. The solutions manager’s role is to work closely with our market, our customers, and our internal team to develop and market the M&A Flow, Analytical, Weights & Measures, and Flame and Gas Detection products and solutions.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Ensure the health of the assigned products and solutions (growth, profitability)
- Support the sales team and marketing campaigns
- Develop the technical skills of the sales team
- Supports the growth of the Measurement Flow, Analytical, Weights & Measures, and Flame and Gas Detection portfolio through the development of sales programs, sales tools, marketing campaigns, and initiatives, as well as customer vision creation and upfront consultative sales engagements,
- Works closely with the business unit's leadership team to define targets, develop industry growth strategies, and define operational plans for growing the business,
- Works closely with sales teams to ensure alignment around customer requirements: identify and assess opportunities and co-develop with relevant stakeholders’ winning proposals,
- Collaborates with the marketing team to develop sales enablement tools and sales campaigns,
- Develops and manages core or breakthrough initiatives, including sales strategy and marketing requirements,
- Supports booking growth, profitability targets, and metrics associated with the Flow, Analytical, Weights & Measures, and Flame and Gas Detection solutions,
- Engages Outside Sales (Account Managers/Technical Sales Specialists) teams to uncover and chase pursuits collaboratively,
- Works with the Inside Sales teams in proposal development, proposal tracking & follow-up,
- Ensures a Rich, Right, and real funnel for the initiatives they manage to ensure that the Flow, Analytical, Weights & Measures, and Flame and Gas Detection division achieves financial results. Defines cadence call with all required stakeholders,
- Supports sales to execution handoff to ensure ‘as sold’ scope and objectives are clear and met,
- Ensures customer satisfaction is met by assuring we deliver the value that was sold and effective customer relationship management with sales teams,
- Supports customers and internal and external sales teams in advanced technical knowledge related to Flow, Analytical, Weights & Measures, and Flame and Gas Detection solutions,
- Builds business relationships and collaborates with our partners and external suppliers to develop and execute key sales growth strategies.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in an industrial environment and plant maintenance.
- Fluent French & English language skills (verbal, reading, and writing).
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently in the region that fits the scope of the business development opportunity.
- Good knowledge of industrial processes.
- Good knowledge of maintenance best practices within industrial plants.
- Good technical knowledge of Measurement solutions Flow, Analytical, Weights & Measures, and Flame and Gas Detection.
- A well-developed sense of the customer’s business, their drivers, and their operations.
- Dives for result and demonstrate persistence in front of obstacles.
- Understands the unique value proposition of selling Measurement solutions.
- Good knowledge of local competitors’ solutions, value propositions, and market strategies
