Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a Days Inn hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

**Duties**:

- Perform front desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Conduct night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage phone calls and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with guest services and provide exceptional hospitality
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Handle any guest issues or emergencies that may arise during the night shift

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or night audit role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and phone systems

**Job Type**: Part-time

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
