**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-person tours of available properties to potential tenants
- Communicate effectively with prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Follow up on leads for potential tenants
- Conduct move-in inspections and orientation with residents
- Work closely with Marketing team to update advertising and media channels, promotional programs, and signage for each property
- Provide a positive customer experience while maintaining strong relations with residents
- Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance issues
- Meet and exceed rental targets and other key performance indicators
- Maintain a positive atmosphere in the office and represent the company professionally
- Build on and maintain the relationship developed throughout the initial leasing process, through to move-in, while establishing regular communication with new residents ensuring a seamless move-in experience
- Support with resident engagement and retention events and activities at properties, as required
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
**Role Requirements & Qualifications**

- Relationship skills: ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with prospects, residents, and internal staff

- Follow up on leads for potential tenants
- Positive attitude and high energy with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Niagara area and neighbourhoods
- Meet and exceed rental targets and other key performance indicators
- Maintain a positive atmosphere in the office and represent the company professionally
- Manage and coordinate leasing of properties in coordination with different departments in the company
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Exceptional sales skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and outgoing personality
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, GSuite, as well as willingness to learn other platforms
- Real Estate experience is not required
**This is a 100% commission based role and will require the Leasing Representative to show properties in the Niagara region.**
We will provide all property owner information and tenant lead generation.Full training that will cover the basics of renting out and leasing a property, company protocols, best practices for sales, and other relevant topics.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Are you available to work a minimum of 2 shifts during the week (day time and evenings) and 1 weekend shift a week (MANDATORY).
- Do you have access to a vehicle and are you willing to travel and conduct showings in Niagara Region (St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Port Colborne, Fort Erie?)
