Shipping/warehouse Associate

**Job Overview**:
As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate at our construction services company, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate handling of materials, tools, and equipment. This position requires a blend of shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties to support the efficient movement of goods and inventory management for construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Shipping & Receiving:

- Prepare and package materials for shipment to job sites.
- Inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips or invoices.
- Maintain shipping logs and ensure all shipments are accurately documented.

Inventory Management:

- Assist with maintaining and organizing warehouse inventory of construction materials, tools, and supplies.
- Assist with stock rotation to ensure timely use of materials.

Coordination & Communication:

- Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors regarding material delivery schedules and needs.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport companies for timely deliveries.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping software.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.90-$26.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
