Epoxy Flooring Installer

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide effective leadership to the team, including training, overseeing, guiding team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- **Project Management**: Plan, organize, and coordinate epoxy/concrete polishing installation process from start to finish, including rescheduling (I.e. due to weather) and logistics management.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all epoxy/concrete polishing installations meet or exceed quality standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures and addressing any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation process, addressing any questions, concerns, or requests in a professional and timely manner.
- **Material and Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels of epoxy materials and supplies, ensuring that adequate stock is available for each project while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, honesty, and a strong sense of camaraderie among team members.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements, implementing best practices to optimize workflows and achieve cost savings.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, job reports, and material usage records, to ensure accountability and transparency throughout the installation process.
- **Training and Development**: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in epoxy installation, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in epoxy/concrete polishing installation, with a proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to epoxy/concrete polishing installation and construction projects.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance while representing the company on job sites and in client interactions.
- Adhere to company dress code policies, including wearing appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Demonstrate good personal hygiene and grooming habits to uphold a positive image of professionalism and reliability.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
