**You are**
A_ _**_Product Marketer for Tech Based Social Enterprise (Care Possible)_** that supports the growth of the Care Possible platform by playing a key role in campaign planning and execution, market research, communication and content development. The role identifies market opportunities, delivers insights and recommendations to support decision-making, and enhances brand awareness by managing campaigns and being hands on in the growth stage of an innovative social enterprise.
**Your Role**
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for Care Possible platform, including creating campaigns, tracking metrics, measuring ROI, and iterating tactics in response to feedback or data.
- Conducting market research through online & primary sources to stay informed about market trends, consumers, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Collecting data on consumers, competitors and the marketplace and synthesizing information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Analyzing campaign performance and staying updated on industry trends to make informed recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
- Compiling and interpreting data using modern and traditional methods to deliver data-backed insights into potential markets, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Supporting brand awareness activities, customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to platform growth including through product and company demonstrations and presentations, virtual and in-person.
- Cultivating community for our users that enhances their online experience.
- Gathering and communicate customer feedback for ongoing continuous improvement of the platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to an environment of collaboration, respect and teamwork.
- Representing Manitoba Possible in a professional and ethical manner to ensure that the reputation of the organization is maintained and enhanced.
- Conducting all business and activities in accordance with Manitoba Possible policies and procedures.
- Performing other related duties as assigned/required that fall within the scope of the position.
**You bring**
- Post-secondary education in entrepreneurship, marketing, business, communications, or a combination of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of activities and make informed decisions.
- Outcome focus by actively setting, pursuing, and measuring progress against agreed upon goals and established deliverables.
- A creative mindset and clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, collaborate with a team, and handle pressure while balancing priorities within time & resource constraints.
- Proficient in Office 365 (including Teams) and embraces new technology.
- Appreciation of diversity and empathy with a non-judgmental attitude (i.e., gender, culture, race, sexual orientation, and other).
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Access to reliable transportation is an asset.
- Experience working in social services environment an asset.
- A deep understanding of barriers to full and equal participation is an asset.
