**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As a bartender at GRETA, you're the creative force behind our bar, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your role is to engage patrons, curate memorable drink experiences, and maintain a clean and organized bar area. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Exceptional mixology skills, with the ability to craft a wide range of cocktails to perfection.
- Proficiency in operating bar equipment and tools, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with guests and provide personalized recommendations.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders and presentation of drinks.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to reach, bend, and frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds (kegs), ensuring efficient bar operations.
- Capable of working in a standing position for extended periods, maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts.
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a cocktail bartender, demonstrating proficiency in mixology techniques, drink preparation, and customer service.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring satisfaction and enjoyment.
- Craft handcrafted cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Engage guests in conversations about our drink program and provide recommendations.
- Provide brief overviews of arcade games to guests, highlighting personal favorites.
- Share stories about our authentic and international street food offerings.

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
