**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop an advanced **Honors Business Management** curriculum that covers key areas such as leadership, strategic management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
- Ensure compliance with **PTIB** standards, including the preparation of all necessary documentation for program submission and approval.
- Create detailed course outlines, learning objectives, and assessment methods that challenge and inspire honors-level students.
- Collaborate with the academic and compliance teams to ensure the program’s curriculum meets industry and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and incorporate **PTIB** feedback throughout the submission process and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide insights into current business trends and innovations to keep the curriculum relevant and forward-thinking.

**Qualifications**:

- A **Master's degree or higher** in **Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Significant experience in curriculum development, particularly for honors-level or advanced business programs.
- Strong understanding of the **PTIB program development and approval process**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and compliant documentation.
- Proven ability to work effectively with academic teams and stakeholders.
- A passion for education and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $90.00-$100.00 per hour
