Engrity Inspection Services Inc is hiring for a UT 2 / MT 2 Technician to handle the following Job Responsibilities
- **Responsibilities**:

- Perform shear wave UT/ MT work for structural steel and Pile welds.
- Create detailed reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with administrative staff to create final reports to send to clients
- Enhance and encourage teamwork among other NDT Technicians.
- Ensure a complete understanding of the applicable codes and standards.
- Ensure conformity to the requirements of the CWB, ASME, and CSA Inspection Group’s documented quality management system

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in the NDT field
- Required CGSB UT 2 / MT 2(CWB Level1/ 2 and Other CGSB certifications will be an asset)
- Flexibility to work in town, out of town, nights and overtime would be an asset
- Additional NDE/API certifications considered an asset
- Current First Aid, H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry/Rescue, Fall Protection, TDG PST/CSTS, eGSO, and WHMIS training
- Valid drivers’ license with a clean driving record
- Drug & Alcohol screening
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team, as well as independently
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- NDT: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CGSB- MT2 (preferred)
- CGSB- UT2 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
