We are currently hiring for the position of:
**MARKETING INTERN**

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing the
**Marketing Intern **will assist in the execution and delivery of a variety of brand, marketing and advertising projects related to Festival 2023.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Run partner contests and promotions for Festival via TIFF’s online contesting platform- Support the delivery of TIFF’s in-cinema Festival pre-show- Work with external vendors and internal teams to coordinate the creation and delivery of Festival campaign assets- Liaise with Programming to research Festival films to inform content marketing strategy- Ensure all audience-facing materials are reviewed and approved by the Marketing team- Assist in additional administrative tasks

**RATE OF PAY**:
- $15.50 /Hourly

**TARGET**
**CONTRACT DATES**:
- July 3, 2023-September 2, 2023- possibility for extension

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- A post-secondary degree/certificate in marketing, business, or communications (preferred)-
- Previous experience working in an arts & culture and/or film environment is considered an asset- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Trello, Mailchimp, and Photoshop (or equivalent platforms)- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines- Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills to communicate effectively with TIFF audiences and cross-functional teams- Proven organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends

This role is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Program by the Government of Canada. To be eligible you must satisfy the following criteria:
