Waitress/waiter

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and menus
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with food preparation when needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
