- Join our growing team and participate in the implementation, evolution, and support of current and new business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform across the company.

As a Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of products and features for a variety of internal stakeholders, leveraging Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can act as an advisor and platform expert to discuss and test ideas utilizing the newest technologies and features of Dynamics and Power Platform, we’d love to meet you

What You Will Do- Administering Azure and AWS cloud services, focusing on their integration and utilization in Power Platform solutions.-
- Conducting regular audits of Azure and AWS resources used in Power Platform projects to optimize cost and performance.-
- Help manage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments (Prod/Dev).-
- Support and guide our Maker community and help develop our Power Champions.-
- Drive Low-Code/No-Code adoption initiatives to enable business users leveraging the Power Platform to solve their business needs by automating, integrating, and developing solutions across the organisation while positioning them for the future.-
- Elevate the built-in capabilities of Dataverse while supporting enterprise-wide solutions.-
- Participate in workshops with customers, documents requirements, and designs appropriate solutions on the Power Platform.Hands-on designing and developing Dynamics and Power Platform solutions that span Microsoft, 3rd party, and proprietary services, enhanced with AI when appropriate.-
- Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and product enhancements including hierarchy, forms, fields, entities, business rules, workflows, flows, security, and any supporting infrastructure.-
- Participate in any other related activity (user stories, end-to-end process definitions, documentation, parameterization, configuration, testing, debugging, etc.)-
- Stay current on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies that support the Center of Excellence for best practices and methodologies.What You Bring To The Role- Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in information technology-
- Have three (3) years experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365-
- Have two (2) year of experience in developing with Power Platform-
- Have two (2) year of experience developing with Azure and AWS services-
- Very experienced with the Office 365/Microsoft 365 suite of productivity tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.-
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform implementations & customizations (Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, etc.)-
- Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dataverse (Security, Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and Web API-
- Understanding of API or services integrations with multiple data sources-
- Experience participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users-
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes and requirements for the system with key business users-
- Strong communication skills with collaborative, team-oriented nature-
- Ability to think outside the box, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills-
- A passion and curiosity for technology and its ability to improve processes-
- Must be fluently bilingual in French and EnglishAssets- Hold one or more of the following certifications:- MB-910 - Dynamics 365 Fundamentals-
- PL-900 - Power Platform Fundamentals-
- AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals-
- Have knowledge or experience with Azure DevOps-
- Scrum methodology awareness and previous work in an agile environmentWho we are
