**Community Metal & Quality Built Mini Barns** is your local manufacturer of metal roofing and siding panels for residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial buildings. Based in the Debert Industrial Park, we sell to building supply dealers, contractors, and end users across Atlantic Canada.

We have an immediate opening for a **Barn Builder** who will share our commitment to offering a standard of quality that is second-to-none. We are looking for someone who will use the same attention and precision in building our mini barns on-site, as that of a home - made to last with little maintenance.

This position requires an individual who appreciates the high expectations of our customers and will strive to meet and exceed those standards. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment will be paramount to your success. You will be entrusted to work with mínimal to no supervision, safely operate various tools and equipment and to follow all safe workplace practices.

This is a permanent full-time position with no evenings, nor weekends. Organizationally, we offer a competitive hourly wage of $17.50 - $21.00 per hour, a health plan and an easy-going environment. Your wage will be commensurate with your demonstrated skills, industry experience and re-evaluated periodically and adjusted in accordance with performance and commitment.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a definite asset
- Forklift certification and valid driver’s license are preferred, but not mandatory
- Superb attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
- Possess strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Physical stamina to work in a fast paced environment that requires lifting

**Salary**: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
