Carleton Place, Canada Bean Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. Full time

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle inquiries from clients, patients, and staff members
- Complete OnStar pre-registrations for vehicles at time of delivery
- maintain the garage register
- complete licensing of vehicles
- ensure confirmation of insurance at time of delivery

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
