**Summarized Job Description**

Reporting to the store manager, the sales advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, assisting in product merchandising, and contributing to internal training. As a true ambassador of the company, they will welcome, advise, and build loyalty with demanding customers.

**List** of Responsibilities**
- Provide a high standard of customer service and an exceptional shopping experience.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand their sales goals (and other performance indicators) and work towards achieving and surpassing them.
- Encourage continuous self-learning at the store and share acquired knowledge.
- Become familiar with tools and information and adhere to workplace health and safety programs.
- Support the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Promote and optimize ongoing promotions.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products.
- Actively participate in the regular maintenance of the store.
- Any other related tasks.

**Required qualifications**
- Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience related to the position or equivalent.
- Hold a high school diploma (or be in the process of obtaining one).
- Have a good ability to lift heavy loads.
- Be available to work during the day, evenings, and weekends.

- Be a skilled communicator, ideally bilingual.
