**Position Summary**:
This is a new and exciting position for our organization As part of the Shared Services team at Eden Health Care Services, the IT Support Technician is responsible for:
- Providing front line support for staff and board members.
- Developing and training staff as needed in technology.
- Assisting in maintaining EHCS technology systems.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Formal training in IT certification, an asset but not required.
**Experience**:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support in a multifaceted IT environment, an asset but not required.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate IT processes to all levels of staff.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
Strong proficiency in the following programs \ areas \ technologies:

- Windows 10 Professional
- Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Printer Management
