**Position Summary**:
A Penske District Rental Manager is a position for a disciplined, self-motivated individual with a passion for providing the highest customer service and growing the business.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage the rental department of a district location as well as any branches, rental marts, and agents
- Provide leadership for the commercial and consumer product lines for the district
- Assist business rental customers, full service lease customers, and consumer rental customers
- Act as liaison between internal customers such as the maintenance department, lease sales representatives, district administrators, and administration associates
- Responsible for direct supervision, training, and coaching of rental associates at multiple locations
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of sales experience required
- At least 2 years of management experience required
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
