**Summary**: As a Pool Retail Store Associate, you'll be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance on pool and spa products. Your primary responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you're passionate about pools, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want you on our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm, addressing their pool and spa needs.
- Provide product recommendations and technical advice based on customer inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Stay updated on pool products and industry trends to better serve customers.
- Offer basic technical support and assist with pool water testing as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred, with knowledge of pool products a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$24.52 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- French not required

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
