**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Coordinate the development of sprints effectively and efficiently from planning to execution.
- Guide people on Scrum principles, conflict resolution, and continual improvement
- Recognize, raise, and remove impediments proactively that prevent team from achieving sprint and release goals
- Prioritize workload and ensure appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories
- Adjust deliverable expectations in accordance with changes in scope and release plans
- Reporting on overall delivery status to program leadership and stakeholders

**What is Nokia looking for from me**

We are looking for a Co-op/Intern Project Manager and Scrum Master to coordinate activities to ensure projects goals are accomplished on time, leveraging Agile delivery methodologies.

You also have:

- Initiative to continually learn, adapt, and grow.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles, practices, and delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills working in a distributed team environment.
- An inherent interest in being involved and helping others
- An interest in determining the source of a problem and find an effective solution
- Ability to active listen and communicate ideas with confidence

It would be nice if you also had:

- Experience or certification in Project Management
- Experience or certification as a Scrum Master
