The projects will require the following skills.

Wood backing, plywood wall installations, light concrete form work for site components, door and frame install, general clean up/site organization, and finish carpentry. Some skills with touch ups, deficiencies, paint, drywall repair would be great as well.

Out of town availability is required. JAX Builders will pay all out of town expenses and km’s to the site. Most of our projects are in Edmonton but we currently have a couple projects that are 1-2 hours outside of Edmonton. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of workers in various construction projects
- Assist the Superintendent on daily tasks and sub trade management to keep our projects moving ahead on schedule and on budget
- Coordinate and assign tasks to project team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by actively involving yourself in daily project tasks and management
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop work plans and schedules
- Perform carpentry tasks with hand tools and help oversee the work of concrete forming, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, tile work, roofing, exterior finishes, flooring, and other finishing trades.
- Perform small paint touchups, drywall repairs, door & hardware installs.

Pay: $19.21-$39.97 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
