Insulation Supervisor

We are looking to hire an experienced site supervisor. Main joib duties would include:

- Read blueprints and drawings to convey to workers where insulation needs to be installed
- Assign specific duties to workers for multiple job sites
- Follow and maintain all site safety rules and regulations amongst all workers
- Create, compile and evaluate all worker performance reports.
- Be able to resolve employee grievances efficiently.
- Requisition or order the required material

Experience
2-3 years minimum work experience as a supervisor in construction industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
