Pet Groomer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to our furry clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with animals and make a positive impact on their well-being.

**Duties**:

- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning for various breeds of dogs and cats
- Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the grooming process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about grooming techniques or products
- Monitor the health and behavior of pets during grooming sessions and report any abnormalities to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with other tasks in the pet care facility as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Pet Groomer or completion of a recognized grooming program is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different breeds, coat types, and grooming styles
- Ability to handle pets with care and compassion, ensuring their safety at all times
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with pet owners
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform heavy lifting when necessary

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
